Attendant argumentative and would not honor advertised prices.

The worst I have ever experienced in terms of customer service. I tried them when they first opened it seemed ok and inexpensive. You know what they say you get what you pay for…. and that’s what I got in the long run. I have been having my husbands shirts and pants done there for a while and things had been going down hill slowly but surly. The attendant at the store who has been there from the beginning always had an excuse always blaming the owner but she would try and fix nothing major just coffee spots missed after addressed and collar that was done very wrinkled. The attendant claimed they had a new person and new machine and redid to find that when my husband went to put on a shirt on his trip it was ripped on the collar. I took the shirt back and she was like we didn’t do that…well we didn’t. She said she would give it to the owner to see. I stopped by a week later not hearing from them expecting them to at least replace and or give me credit I had a receipt never worn just bought shirt. She said oh the owner said she can’t do anything. Are you kidding I have been coming to this cleaners for a few years and this is how you treat your loyal customer when I can count the cleaners around you. You could have at least called me. I called the owner who had no idea of who I was as a customer only that I was blaming them for the torn shirt. She said she would call me back and apologized. Still waiting for her call … I guess she has plenty of costumers and doesn’t need my business. I do not recommend this business st all. They don’t care about their customers in the least!!! And they sure don’t care about your clothes!!! Don’t go there!!!!

I went with 20 dress shirts to be dried cleaned and the attendant told me to unbutton them because “it is not my job do do it for you”. I picked up my stuff and took my business somewhere else. Plenty of other dry cleaners on every other corner.

Excellent customer service when you’re physically at the establishment but they just never seem to pick up the phone or even have a voicemail.

Lost pants brought in for alterations have been found.
i hopefully get them tomorrow!
