I’ve been with the same therapist, whom I live working with and after 6 months of telling me they take my new insurance (I updated all my new insurance information in October 2020), I got a call today saying they don’t take my insurance and I only can have one more session with the psychiatrist for a fee and more importantly need to find a new therapist. 6 months out the window to get where I am today now I have to start all over. THE STAFF NEED TO PAY ATTENTION WHEN THEY GET NEW INSURANCE INFO, my therapist helped me tremendously and now I have to open all that pain again !!!!!

This center is absolutely awesome! If you’re in need they can help you or direct you to a solution to just about any problem. I am a retired teacher and a volunteer for the public school system and I have seen dedicated people for over 40 years of my life. When I see excellence outside of the school system it brings joy to my heart. Hats off to Miss Ward, Maureen and the young ladies at the front desk. A special thanks to the Saturday crew: Carmen, Clive, Lou, Cole, the intern last Saturday and the volunteer last Saturday. They are all professional, concerned, dedicated, organized and hard-working. After being there two or three times they even know you by name. This is an amazing organization!

PIRC is great! Highly recommended! My son has been receiving outpatient services for about 1yr and a half now with PIRC and we love them! Especially Ms.Bridgette, she’s great with him & very professional!

PIRC center is amazing! the two front desk staff ladies are very helpful and good at making efficient appointments. Dr. Jean is the best! I would highly recommend if your looking for a psychiatry outpatient setting!

Mrs. Janet V. Ward (CEO & Founder) and the professionals at the Parent’s Information and Resource Center, Inc. are wonderful, caring, and professional people who have helped many here in South Florida. They even have a great telehealth platform so their professionals can see patients anytime. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.
