So far so good, We have had no problems everything crystal clear and easy to understand, can’t say anything negative at this point. Great customer service and very professional people working at this company. 5 Stars!!!!!

ZERO star. Terrible customer experience. I tried to enroll in Nov’20 for a 6 month plan, they never contacted me (they said they sent email, but I never received), and then when I already switched to another company, I got an email from my existing company that Liberty has told EverSource that they are new company (with higher rate). I had to call EverSource, Liberty and my existing provider and spend an hour explaining the issue. I am hoping it will get resolved soon. But I am not going to Liberty ever again.

Recently I joined Liberty Power because I was on a pay as you go program with another company, and I didn’t want to have to keep up with how much I needed to pay every day so my power wasn’t shut off. If it wasn’t for the required $200.00 deposit, I would have switched to the monthly plan. Besides thinking the company is requiring too high of a deposit, I just don’t have that much money. When Liberty Power told me they did not require a deposit, I was relieved. Then it got even better when I learned about their rates. I was ready to sign up at that point. But that was not all they offer, they also have a rewards program, which I love! I know you would too, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. Liberty Power is a great company, with amazing people.
