Although my school couldn’t bring us to the location, They came over to the school and set up everything! (Which is very cool of them) We learned so much from the short sessions that my classes would have, from writing checks to managing our bank accounts. I hope more schools get this experience since it’s been about 5 – 6 years since I experienced this and I still remember how to write a check! I will be bringing my little cousin here in the future!!

This place teaches alot about finance to us, young adults without leaving anyone in boredom. It was a super fun experience & I can’t wait to do more finance in the future!

I had the pleasure of having a longtime friend, Leeni Smith, give me an all-around tour and explanation of what JA does for kids in both the fifth grade and eighth grade. This is not an elective choice but are required. The program is everything I wish I had been required to attend. What a magnificent set up. I can only describe it as a program designed to ready our young children and young adults for the realities of life. Getting a job or and/or going to college. Selecting your vocation and understanding what the paygrade would be for you in your choice. And then you have to open a bank account and you have to prepare to buy a home within your means and a car also within your means. All of this includes your being able to calculate your taxes and more. And much much more.
I am so impressed with the work that Leeni and her people do at JA. Words are difficult to express how delighted I was to see this program in action. MOST IMPRESSIVE!

Such an amazing environment. The people that work there are so positive and happy, and it really brings the atmosphere up. Just the fact, that you get to learn be adult and how to pay from taxes is amazing. I had such a fun time!
