The closing for refinancing our Florida home was OK, I guess, but for these reasons I could only give it 3 stars.
1. We were not given much info on what each form was all about. Normally a Notary Public gives a brief explanation so we don’t need to read it word for word. It’s quite tedious & long
2. Our Notary was a woman of few words. It was kind of awkward. She just kept shoving papers our way to get it over with quick. Not very congenial.
3. Three times during the signing process she was interrupted by phone calls. She answered each one rather than saying she was working and would call back later, or putting calls on mute. Very disruptive.

The folks at Title Partners of South Florida, Inc. are the best in the business. Ryan (President) was as professional and courteous as he could be. Very kind and really seemed to care about me as an individual. Janitza Rodriguez was my closing rep and she was amazing to say the least. Extremely attentive to my questions. The administrator was so nice as well. When I arrived I didn’t know the area very well and she even walked outside with me to show me where I needed to park, as I was parked in the wrong place. This is an A+ business from all levels. I highly recommend them!!

Emory is super professional, committed, really helpful and a nice person. We have just moved from Germany and that was our first real estate purchase in florida. We had so many Questions and he was able to answer every one, just great. A very relaxed process with no stress. Also many thanks to our realtor Wendy Brown, she is awesome. Many Thanks to both of them.

This was my second time at a closing, the first one I had with a different title company was not very pleasurable to say the least, so I didn’t really know what to expect this time around. I was pleasantly surprised on this experience though. Emory was great, he was very knowledge, amiable, funny and made me feel very comfortable with the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Emory from Title Partners helped as in processing our transaction. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took his time to explain each and every step. We feel very comfortable signing the documents, as he explained what exactly I am signing with no pressure to move faster.
We also like to thank Julie who helped us to start the process. She was also very professional and response.
From help desk to Emory to Julie we had a wonderful experience and I will highly recommend Title Partners to my friends and family.
