Fort Lauderdale Grand Venue

Place is disgusting had roaches everywhere, the hair dryer was broken, the toilet seat was nasty so was the bathtub, but at least the workers were very nice

I’m not going to leave a long paragraph about this place because I like to keep things short and simple. But I just want you all to know that the people that are running this place are very rude and disrespectful and I pray and hope no one has to experience the level of rudeness and disrespect that I’ve experienced,

P.S. if I had the option to give no stars ⭐️ and still was able to leave a comment I would have done just that, that’s just how horrible my experience was with this company and the staff members.

Attended an event here, really great time

I have attended a couple of events at this venue and the care and attention displayed by the Sales Director Fab was amazing. She provided excellent service, was extremely attentive, timely and took care of all concerns with a great deal of patience. The setups were beautiful and the professionalism of the staff were great. I would highly recommend Grand Venue to anyone for their next event!

Absolutely Top Notch. Fab was simply amazing. She was very accommodating to our company and clients needs. Knowledgeable about the surrounding area and she offered great ideas on how to take our event over the top. Looking forward to hosting other events at your hotel.
