Long wait time in drive-thru. 35 minutes wait. Heavyset cashier have no courtesy and manners. Don’t know how to acknowledge customers and say thank you.

I always enjoy Miami Grill thing is I only buy the Gyros Combo and everytime I ask for my meat to be cooked well done. I didn’t get that ended throwing the sandwich away.

Well, it was late night and God bless the manager for standing in to take our order. Then more people showed up and it was busy last night. And they didnt have any unsweet tea that late in the evening so the cashier gave my husband a bottle of water with his combo. It took a little longer than usual to get our order, but the staff was pretty nice about everything.

Went through the drive thru. Service was great. The cashier was very helpful and personable. Food was great!
