I bought a soap pump for the kitchen sink when I was renovating my apartment, and it never worked because it was missing a part.
Herman came to my rescue and ordered the part. It was delivered to the store and Herman put it together. It works perfectly now.

I thank Herman for his time and the desire to help a customer in distress when things that were ordered do not come working properly.

Honest sincere what is helpful go out of their way I’ll make you happy

I was greeted as soon as I entered the showroom by a nice young woman at the front desk. I was then provided a salesman who promptly greeted me. His name was Carlos and he helped me pick out the toilet, push button shower head control with a thermostat control, large rain head, and the handheld sprayer with the lovely attachment to the wall. My newly remodeled bathroom looks amazing!
