ethos Greek Bistro

Have been coming here for over 7 years. Food is usually amazing. Took a few months off. Tonight, service was great but the food changed. The calamari used to be my favorite. I ordered 2 orders expecting it to look like the pic online and taste how it used to. It did not.
It was dry thin fried rings. It used to be soft and tender. The spinach rice was hard and dry. Used to be moist and fluffy. Maybe this was a very off night. $60 lesson. Very disappointed

Amazing food and better service. We were fortunate enough to have Miguel as our waiter. He was both warm and knowledgeable. He explained all of the Menu items to us and made suggestions based on our preferences. We also received a warm greeting and friendly conversation from one of the managers on duty, Christopher. We will certainly be back again!!!

This used to be one of my favorite spots and I use the catering service often. The food is amazing and I love the ambiance, but I was really put off when I went for a relaxing lunch on a Saturday afternoon and the manager (possibly owner, not sure) was having a staff meeting outside in the middle of the restaurant, practically next to my table. I thought it was rude and inconsiderate to paying customers trying to sit and relax and enjoy the ambiance. Maybe it wouldn’t have been so disturbing if he wasn’t so loud. Hopefully this will not happen again. I went again for dinner the next weekend and in my experience that same (manager or owner)was very welcoming to only a select few. In my opinion if you’re a restaurant owner or manager you should make EVERYONE feel welcomed. Disappointed.

I decided to go to lunch near work and a quick google search of healthy food found me at this awesome restaurant. While I was eating I was watching the goings on of the establishment I noticed a gentleman taking an interest in the employees and tables all at the same time quickly making himself available to the needs of both staff and guest I definitely thought “here is the owner”.When he came by my table we had a nice chat and I found out he is a manager and his name is Robert. It’s nice to see an establishment that the employees take such pride in their work that they treat it as their own. I will definitely come back and look forward to seeing the great staff here.
