Mama’s Taste of the World

This was by far the best damn steak and cheese sub I have had since the 90’s!! I have been craving this sandwich again ever since! I have been bragging ever since! You guys did a great job at my niece’s Quarantine Prom event. The music was better than the DJ (in my opinion, you I’m much older than the crowd). Can’t wait to have it again!

I was in Ft Lauderdale attending an event in Flagler Village and looked at the menu for Mama’s Taste of the World Food Truck. I figured, I would order a snack to hold me over until dinner. Well, that snack turned into three snacks and then a lobster grilled cheese that, I still to this day, think about how amazing it was. The service was great and the food was amazing. Now, I follow them on facebook to see where they are, to get my lobster grilled cheese, fix. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Went to Mamma’s Taste of the World Friday night in Pompano at a food truck gathering with my wife and daughter. Could not resist trying the fried Ravioli’s with marinara. They had great flavor and texture…I didn’t know what to expect, but they were impressive. The marinara tasted homemade…
The lobster grill cheese is heavenly. Heavy on the lobster and multiple types of cheese…..WOW!
The Brazilian sliced steak et fries was really over the top. Awesome flavor, and an amazing value. The fries flavor reminded me of ones I have had in Europe…..
The truck operators were genuinely friendly to all that came to the window….Short wait to get the food after our order as it was freshly made….got lucky and picked a great truck at this event!!! Looking forward to next Pompano food truck night 🙂
