Beautiful shoes,but..as always …they don’t have my size.

Nice store. Overpriced shoes. Bought New Balance running shoes but later found the same brand and style on Nordstrom Rack website for half the price. I took a coupon to this store and in very small print it lists at least 10 brands that don’t qualify for the discount (including New Balance). Why lure me with these promotions to get me into the store to then deny me the discount? Very disappointing. Maybe DSW is the next retail chain to go.

Nice store but limited stock in the particular shoes, men and women’s, that I was looking for. More staff was needed to help on the floor. As a matter of fact I didn’t see anyone working on the floor . I saw several people working at the cash registers. I did grab one nice lady who gave me some excellent information and was very helpful, but she had to return to the cash register. Again I was disappointed because the sizes were not available in the particular shoes (Easy Spirit) I wanted to try on or the men’s shoe (New Balance) for my son. I will be returning and hopefully they will have restocked the particular shoes I was interested in. There certainly are many, many choices of hundreds of shoes! I would recommend stopping by if you want to have some fun and spend hours looking at all the shoes. Fair and good prices!

Clean, organized & spaced out well to accommodate covid guidelines. I could tell the ladies that were working we smiling under their masks which feel like it has been a rare sight!
