The folks at Kraeer Funeral Home & Forest Lawn are amazing. They have the compassion and care that you need in your darkest and toughest times. My sister did not have a plan other than she wish to be cremated. But no word as to who, what, etc. I chose this location honestly because it was the closest to her home where she passed. The moment the gentlemen came in during the middle of the night to take my sister I felt a sense of peace. They were both dressed very sharp and before even entering the doorway of the home they both gave their heartfelt condolences. The way they handled and took my sister out was as if they were carrying their own sister. That morning I and my husband met with our Funeral Director Sophie. She was beyond amazing. Her personality, her warmth and knowledge of what a family member is going through was so soothing. She went over all details, explaining it all and never making us feel pressured or rushed on anything. We had a Life Celebration for my sister that turned out perfect. Sophie took in every detail to the TEE of what my sister liked and was about. All of our family and friends were so touched by the way things were done. Thank you SO SO much Sophie and the staff and Kraeer for making such a difficult time a little more bearable. Bless you all.

Amanda, the funeral director, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything very well, and went over options we could add, such as a Memorial Service, food service at it, etc. She is definitely one of the reaso s Kraeer has such a good reputation.

Amanda , with her caring and understanding personality, made the burial process so much easier. She  was always there when we needed her and anticipated our needs even before we did. She took care of everything so we didn’t have to worry about any arrangements during the time we were mourning the loss of our loved one.There are no words to express our appreciation for all you did for my family. I admired every aspect of the funeral, from the first call, the attention to detail, the warmth and compassion, your professionalism and that of your staff right down to the final day.

During such stressful times n the world today with sickness, restrictions and conflict, the professionalism , customer service and kindness from Amanda, was amazing. She got everything done as promised. Everyone on the team. Went above and beyond to make moms celebration a beautiful experience

Kraeer did an outstanding job in every aspect for my mom’s funeral. Claudia Perry and Amanda were wonderful, caring, thoughtful and went Above and beyond with everything they did. The place is beautiful and they took all my worries away as they took care of every detail. I highly recommend Kraeer.
