Rooms To Go

We have shopped at Rooms to Go for years in multiple locations. Since we recently moved to Pompano Beach, we decided to visit the closest store. It was time to buy a new patio table and chairs for our balcony and had seen several options online that just might work. When we arrived we were greeted by sales associate, Christian Faester. He greeted us with a smile and we also quickly learned that this particular store does not have the Patio Center. He shared our closest store options. As we were about to leave, he said, “Did you say an enclosed balcony?” We shared a little bit about our space and he then offered to show us some options he thought might work since the furniture would not be subject to rain and so on. Christian then asked us for the dimensions of our space, the look we were trying to create, how the space would be used, color of the walls and floor, and the style of the rest of our home. Within minutes he showed us two table sets that were absolutely awesome – and a much better ‘look’ than what we thought we needed by purchasing patio furniture. He was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and interacts in a relaxed manner – not the least bit ‘pushy’ for the sale. After our purchase, we left saying that we would certainly be returning to this Rooms to Go Super Center and that we would always call first to see if Christian is working. We shared this information with several friends. We have typically found all sales associates at RTG to be friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. Christian Faester, however, is in a league of his own. A real asset to this store’s team. Thank you.
