AMP Gas & Auto Services

I have often gotten gas at this location because it is on a direct route that I take every day. Did this is it, however, was not the quick, uncomplicated fuel stop that it normally is. The first pump I stopped at was broken, but it wasn’t until you got to the small cracked digital screen below the pump that you could tell this. Some signage would have helped, but I understand. I took my car to the next pump, and it too was broken. I was under a hard time constraint, so I eventually just said screw it, got back on the road, and limped home.

The first TWO pumps I tried forced me to pay inside and then were broken and not working at all, so I had to keep going back in the store and back to my car again.

The guy inside helped me move the three times to different pumps (I rly should have just left at this point) then he said the amount on my card the first time he charged it would automatically be refunded and had me swipe again. I did not see him do anything with the register to make a refund happen, and asked him again and he insisted it would be refunded.

I only wanted $10 worth of gas, and that’s what I eventually got.

Three days later I find a $10.00 charge, an extra $0.05 charge, and a pending $100.00 charge from this place on my card that I will absolutely dispute if it goes through…. DONT GO HERE!

Very kind attendants, all four of them I’ve encountered so far! Absolute least expensive fuel I’ve came across in Broward.

The only negative is the surrounding neighborhood is a pretty hood and if you’re legally allowed to carry in FL, I would highly advise doing so.

Again, a great gas station, great people, prices and service can’t be beat!

I’ve been living in the area for 20 years and I’ve never seen such a bad gas station. First of all the gas station doesn’t smell too good. The owner/ staff are very inconsiderate of other people’s feelings and have no respect whatsoever. I plan on never coming back!!!
