I don’t often take the time to leave reviews but I have to share how helpful and efficient it was to work with Aruba permit services. My husband and I were looking for a home and we had some trouble with some permit issues a house we were hoping to purchase had. Because of Covid, it was tough trying to get information on the home, my title attorney recommended Aruba. Within about 15 minutes I had calls and emails from Emily and Eric Martinez. They helped us FOR FREE getting us permitting information that saved us from buying a house with several violations. Then when we found two other homes – they did it again, for free. I cannot say enough about this company and I plan on working with them in the future.

We had a 22 year old expired permit that was holding up closing. I called Aruba and spoke with Eric. He gave me complete confidence that he and Emily would handle the problem. They came through with flying colors. Handling city permits is not an easy business but they know the people and the way things work. They are absolute experts and complete professionals.
