Very disappointed! Being trying to resolve a ticket I got last year 2020. Called many times because the place was shut down due covid I left my name with my number and nobody ever returned my calls. I have the phone calls log I made to this place. Oh well they double the ticket which it was a mistake. Very unprofessional !!!

Unusaully rude personnel – went in to inquire about using tennis courts as a visitor and was pretty much told no way

Rude and Unwelcoming! I came by to get some information about the area during my overnight layover. I went to the women’s bathroom to change my shirt and the lady from the front desk opened the door(I was completely dressed) and jumped like she caught Freddy AND Jason in the bathroom sharpening their weapons. Instead of apologizing, she literally shouted at me “LOCK THE DOOR NEXT TIME!”. I was more shocked by her response and I opened the door to check if she was okay to which she angrily said “there is a lock!!”. I don’t know how at 5’2 and 135 lbs I could warrant such a response but the lady at the front desk needs to learn some manners and calm down.
