BEWARE!

We purchased 3 slabs and 2 were cracked when they were delivered. We had to buy a 4th to finish our kitchen. Management refused to compensate us for the damaged stone and we had to buy the 4th for $2,500. Instead of our counters costing us $7,500, we had to pay $10,000 to finish them.

Make sure you keep a 30-50% reserve when you buy from them. Don’t give them 100% until the stone is delivered. Also, make sure to deliver the stone to your fabricator early so if it is damaged in transit, you can return and find someone else to buy from. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Shop around and don’t give them all of the money up front!

We will never buy any stone from Ace Granite / Modena Granite Supplier LLC again!
