MCNA Dental

Two abscesses in less than a months time, and still have not approved my extraction procedure. This dental insurance is complete trash.

TERRIBLE service. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to CANCEL MY POLICY. Just received cards in the mail yesterday. I was AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED (I had NO IDEA). So I checked reviews and said HELL NO. There is no way I want to have this insurance. I have been calling and being told to call OTHER NUMBERS for a day and a half.
I have been keeping a log of what I had to GO THROUGH. Still can’t get a hold of anyone AT ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE.
UPDATE: the menu options have DISAPPEARED??? WTH

Always helpful on the phone. Don’t have to wait a long time to speak with a representative.

Simply put I called the company for some help with finding a dentist. Instead of being helped on the phone, I was told to look at the website and find a list. I followed the directions and the website contained a lot of incorrect information. They had places that didn’t accept them anymore… One of the places I called stated they told MCNA to remove their office 2 years ago and they still didn’t comply.

So the sum total of my experience was this company, or at least the people who answers the phone are useless. Don’t waste your time for the phone call.

There security women was extremely nasty and refused to give me her name or supervisors info instead she called the police on me who did nothing but say its a private company and that they don’t need to let me talk to a supervisor or file a complaint.

My advice there’s so many more companies out there that are better avoid this place like covid-19.
