Christian did an excellent job. Very thorough cleaning and maintenance of all AC units. Very friendly service. We want him to come back to our next AC service

The technician arrived when scheduled. He completed his work efficiently was careful to not track in dirt into my house. He found a problem with my A/C’s air handler which he was able to fix. This will avoid future problems. I have a lot of faith in this company providing quality services.

I’m thankful over and over for your wonderful service. When you find a company that you can trust, you refer them to your own family like I have! Allison in the office and my technician Kyle….top noch employees who always go out of their way to help every way they can. How do you beat that kind of service?? You can’t.

Brad and Robby were a pleasure to have in my home. They were very neat and tidy. Brad and Robby work very well together. I could ask either one of them a question. Brad is exceptionally knowledgeable about his work. He was very patient in explaining the wireless app. You can tell that Brad is excited about his work. Thank you, Cousins. I would highly recommend this company. I would give them 50 stars if there was that option!! I can’t forget, Jimmy, the first contact we had with Cousins. He’s a find. Also, very courteous, kind and very knowledgeable about the business. Great company. They care about their customers.

Today, Cousins installed a new air conditioner for our son’s home. I was there. Everything I wrote previously remains the same. Jimmy was the best and the crew that came today was just as good as the crew that installed my air conditioner earlier in the year. They were courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would give them 50 stars, again!!
