Needed a minor repair on my AC unit and was very fortunate to get Todd from One Hour. Todd quickly determined what the issue was, fixed it in no time and advised on how to avoid that same problem in the future. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional guy. I have yet to hear anything from this place about a repair on my ac. You guys came out the tech wasn’t sure where the leak was coming from and a manager never called me back about my issue I had about the technician coming to my home more than an hour early forcing me to leave work early losing money at work. And charge me over $200 to tell me nothing oh and putting in 1/2 pound Freon in. When many other companies do this type of service for free or much less I’d definitely not be call this place back to work on anything.

Once again, Elvin knew , and was able to explain in detail,, what other a/c folks and our condo building engineer could not. Wanted to replace thermostats. Elvin couldn’t do it due to the 120 high voltage for condo water chiller system. He can do things in 5 minutes that take others 5 hours. His advice today saved me lots of money and time. Well worth the service call fee. Im from the medical field. If Elvin was a surgeon, I’d let him operate on me anytime. Seriously. Elvin and 1 Hour are the best. Note : Elvin is not my brother in law, and this is a real post! Thanks Dr. Elvin!

We ran into an issue with our Neat thermostat no longer receiving power. After an electrician determined it was an issue with our AC unit and not the electricity or Nest thermostat we reached out to One Hour Air. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get a technician over to us the same day! We were lucky enough to have Ariano as our technician! He was extremely polite and professional. He wore a mask and booties on his feet to keep me safe and our home clean. He was able to quickly assess and correct the issue and went above an beyond to look at our other two units as well. I ended up signing up for a maintenance plan that covers all three units and he made sure I fully understood all the benefits and what was covered. I highly recommend this company, and especially Ariano!

He (Elton) knew exactly what happened after evaluating the issue. It didn’t take him long to figure out the problem. He went the extra mile to make sure everything else in the ac was working. He had the knowledge and expertise to explain clearly and calmly about the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. I asked a bunch of ac questions and he had intelligent answers! The price was very good and we are all happy! He was pleasant and professional! He got the job done In a timely manner! Lastly, I’m happy I chose One hour air conditioning.
