IN RECENT DAYS I TRY TALKING TO CREDIT DEPARTMENT TO
DISCUSS FEW ISSUES IN MY ACCOUNT, NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONE
ONE TIME SOMEONE BY NAME (MONI) VERY RUDE PERSON ANSWER THE PHONE STATED THAT I HAVE TO WAIT, I WAIT AROUND 15 MINUTE NEVER COME BAD TO HELP ME, I LEFT A MESSAGE TO ELLEN NEVER RETURN MY PHONE CALL, I LEFT A MESSAGE TO MARIO NEVER HEAR FROM HIM. I HAVE SPOKE TO OTHER CONTRACTOR ON THE COUNTER WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS PARTICULAR DEPARTMENT.DEFINITELY NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AND NOBODY IS WILLING TO HELP.

Definitely one of the better distributors in South Florida. The service is pretty fast considering how many people that get in there. I have been going here for almost 20 years. And the staff always seems to know what they’re doing for the most part.
