A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections

If I could give them a zero I would. I wouldn’t suggest them to my worst enemy (not that I have one)!! I switched to them trying to save a dollar and going cheap wasn’t the smartest decision!! The managers are liars (facts)! I spoke to 2 manager that stated and emailed me that the service fee will be $0. Due to they have assigned two technicians that never showed up. They rescheduled their appointments and didn’t even show for their rescheduled appointment times. After this I’m now upset and annoyed! I spoke to a resolution manager who then stated that the claim reimbursement option may be better. I then confirmed that the service, even if it’s higher than $65 will be reimbursed. He stated yes. Me being me, I emailed them and received an email stating the same thing. The claim has been going on for a month and now I’ve found my own technician, I’ve been told that the service fee that I paid wouldn’t be reimbursed. I sent the case manager the email and forwarded my invoice. Needless to say he (Ashton Ashton Dhanoolal) didn’t honor it.. He stated he couldn’t do anything but pay some but not all. Even after seeing the email and the notes.

I shouldn’t have to their job when I pay for their services and for them to not honor their word is a huge problem. Can’t be with a company that you can’t trust what they say or email.

Lesson learned! This is what being cheap gets you… Don’t go cheap people, lol

I had just put on a new roof and had called Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections out. Mr. Jeff Moore showed up in a timely mannor. Mr. Moore was very professional and courteous. He took his time and explained what was wrong and what was good. I would recommend his service and company to friends and neighbors anytime.
