I Am Guarded Security Systems

“I Am Guarded Security Systems” is a complete sham, rip off shady company. This outfit charged my HOA $562.50 for flipping a switch during a fire alarm check. I now have to decide between feeding my family or dealing with one of their Jewish lawyers. I am now reporting them to the BBB

I would highly recommend this company for all security system needs. I use them for my home and business and they are extremely reliable, professional, and affordable. Everyone I have met from the company has gone above and beyond to be helpful and kind.

I highly recommend this company. They have provided security for of the properties that I have owned since moving to Florida. The technicians have always been prompt and professional.

I would Not use this place!!!! I got a security system for my daughter..I know I signed a contract for one year.The lenght of her contract where she was renting. I paid up for the first 3 months.We had a emergency move, the place was falling apart..I sent letter to the security place telling them we had to move out and the place she moved too would not let her have a security system in the place.They said I signed a 3 year contract.that it was personally a 5 year contract.Why would I sign a contract for 3 years if she was only under a one year contract? Because of all the deposits of the first place now the second place..we are financially in a mess.We are broke!! Instead of understanding that I couldn’t help that we had to break this contract.Who knew we would be moving her out in 2 months because of unhealthy living place.If her new landlord would let her put a security in, I would transfer it..I helped families that are over 70 years old and have no food.!! They have to pick if they get food or medience..I can’t really afford to do that right now, but I try really hard to come up with a little.Now in order to keep this from going to collections, they make offer to pay 575.00 I paid around 275.00 to install it and the 3 months service .I truly truly did not know I was signing a 3 year contract!!! You know how sometimes we just sign quickly and the salesman just tells us what we are signing? My mistake..I should have read that..but…I really thought I did..kinda..I just thought when he said 1 year.he was telling truth.Don’t go to a place that is this heartless..Now if I don’t pay the settlement she will go to collections.To me that is mean and heartless.Just remember if you sign that contract of 3 to 5 years, and a emergency comes up..you have to move..you are stuck!! This company makes good money… you would think they would be more understanding.. She was there less then 2 months!! If they had said ok just pay the 3 months .of a 100 or 150.that would be fine.To pay 575.00 after I paid 275.00 in Nov..she moved out in Jan..that is selfish and mean.Be careful what you sign!!! Read the contract and don’t do like me and trust the salesman that he is telling you the truth.

Have utilized this company for 4 years now. I had a different alarm company with poor customer service for years (decades?) and had enough, and was referred by a friend.

This company has excellent customer service and the technicians are very courteous. I’ve learned that they have all been there several years which in South Florida is rare to find. This says something about the company.

I now utilize I Am Guarded for my business as well as my Home. Extra special thanks to Rodney and Steve who are the best in the business.
