Absolutely horrible. This guy Jack was so rude and disrespectful on the phone. The way he talks to people it seems like you should be thanking him instead of treating the customer with respect. Like the other reviews, he acted like a total bully. There are much more accommodating and friendly vacation rental agencies.

We ended up staying with By The Sea Vacation Rentals and Saskia and the others were fantastic. The property delivered on all aspects and then some.

STAY AWAY FROM GIZMO. JUST LIKE THE GREMLINS!!!

This company is awful. They overbook properties and dump vacationers into whatever second rate house they have available. Jack called us as we were on our way to the rental house we booked through him and told us it was no longer available. He put us in a house 40 mins away. When we complained he threatened to call the police on us and tried to kick us out of our rental house. We have 3 little kids with us and he showed up at the house for an argument. He is a bully and they scam people. Please stay away from them. I have rented dozens of rental houses with great owners and agents. Use someone else.

We rented a 1 BR apartment in Pompano Beach and was very happy with the location (2 min. walk to the beach).The apartment was good and clean with the pool right outside. The service from the staff was excellent and the check in and check out was easy and quick. We highly recommend this company if you are planning a vacation in southeast Florida

I rented one of their properties back in September 2016 and when it came to January, the property was having quite a few issues. Jack immediately corrected the problem with the AMAZING “Riverside Villa” home. Not only was the home perfect, but Jack could not have been more of a pleasure to work with and a man of his word. I would have no hesitation using him or his company again!!!!

I stayed at a home in Pompano Beach on Seaward. The house was absolutely beautiful with the most comfortable and stylish furniture I’ve ever seen. I stayed in the master bedroom and it had such good energy with a lot of natural lighting, and a beautiful view of the in-ground pool in the back. It was a very warm environment and I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation home while in Pompano.
