I typically do not write reviews. However, there are exceptions, and this is one of those times. I was referred to Secure Window Solutions by a family friend that ranted and raved about Brad and Brandon. I could not agree more. Brad and Brandon are the 2 most professional business owners I have come across in South Florida. I was having an issue with water intrusion in one of my windows. When Brad came to my house, he did a full inspection. (had several others come out and not one performed an inspection, they just wanted to sell and run) he thoroughly explained the scope of the work that needed to be performed, the time line and executed accordingly, NO FALSE PROMISES. Once the windows were installed and all materials were dry, we performed a water test just to make sure my family and I had no more issues. As a result of their professionalism service and response, and it would not be just if I did not give kudos to the team. All the guys from their installation team were as professional as Brad and Brandon. All other companies out there need to learn a thing or two from Secure Window Solutions from top to bottom you can see what their values are. They understand what it is to be a true professional. We will be replacing the rest of the windows in our house and will only use the Team at Secure Window Solutions. WELL DONE!!!

February 2021 – I contracted the services of Secure Window Solutions for the installation of 10 impact windows & 1 impact french door. I am over the moon pleased with the crew that performed installation and the overall outcome. The project started on Wednesday, finished on Friday afternoon, with a passed inspection on Monday morning. Brad & Brandon, the owners were super responsive and I can’t say enough great things about Katherine who handles the front office operations. I can truly say that this project was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a vendor. I would definitely utilize the services of this company 10 times over.

We used Secure Window Solutions to install a new glass impact front and back door in our home. We were very pleased with their service and quality of work. They kept us updated on our order along the way. The installers were very professional and clean. They made sure that everything was to our satisfaction! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new window or doors. Great company!

Great product, great work! In addition to installing beautiful hurricane proof windows and doors, SECURE removed old doors and closed in the openings and stucco’d the entire exterior. Their team was very respectful of the property and a pleasure to work with. Will absolutely use them again!
