Poor work manship. Over priced.they did such a bad job sprayed foam fuller when installing me new sliding door and put it in backwards they had to come back

Michael was GREAT. He solved all my window issues, found the correct parts for my 40 year old windows, explained how to replace and torque the balusters, and even gave me the adjusting tool. He saved me many hours of work and frustration now knowing the tricks of replacing the balusters. I highly recommend Michael at All Florida Window Parts!

Two previous employees are now gone. The “real” owners are back in charge. They fixed a problem I had before with the old employees. This is a neat place. They save any old obsolete parts that they come across so if you want to restore any “Vintage” windows (like me). You may find your parts here. If you had a past problem, just ask for Michael. He will try his best to fix it.

This business is not honest. I live in Maryland and have a rental property in Florida. I paid $834 deposit to replace window balance rods. I told Amy, the owner, I had to go back to Maryland in four days and Amy agreed to finish the job in 3 days. However, her husband neither showed up for the appointment nor called me to reschedule. Amy argued that she did not know when the parts would be delivered. I postponed my travel date and rescheduled the installation appointment a few more times. But I waited for 6 days, no one had ever showed up, and Amy could not confirmed when it would be installed. Since I had to go back to Maryland, I have to cancel the installation. She refused to return my deposit. I disputed a part of payment through credit card, but my cash deposit of $462 can not get back. Amy was very rude and refused to talk to me. Do not trust this store or make any deposit
