TOTAL QUALITY from beginning to end ! Started with the owner Dror Max coming out and giving us a quote, then working with the inside crew of ROD, JOSH, and RICH keeping us up to date with everything. The installers of MARK, LEO, and FABIO – can’t say enough about them. They were always on time, professional, hard working, caring about your house, knowledgeable, always communicating with us, kept things clean. They use stainless steel screws and replaced all the wood bucks with new pressure treated wood, no shortcuts, like some other companies do. Their labor guarantee is the longest I have seen, so they stand by their work. They kept the dust down in the house by tenting the inside work space, and covering everything in the house with plastic. Others in our neighborhood are going to use them also. I came to this company after having an issue with a door from another company. That company having gone out of business, I had nowhere to go to get warranty work done. These guys provided the door to the company I got it from so I called them up and got Rod. Rod decided to help me out even though I wasn’t his customer and this was not his warranty. Then several months later I had another issue with the door that required warranty, he helped me out again. So when the time came for me to take the plunge to get hurricane windows installed I knew that I’d get fair treatment and continued support with these guys, which goes a long way when you’re buying a product that has this kind of lifespan. Most of the time you have to sign a contract with a company before you know how they’re going to treat you when they have your money. These guys do the right thing and they do good work.
