All Pro Windows and Doors

Terrible. Have been waiting 6 months for our install and we have called, gone to the office twice, been lied to and told a different story each time. First its in but they need to build the sill frame.. THEN its on backorder !! Which is it??? Lie after lie. All over a simple slider and new front door install. Jim at Allpro promises and does not deliver. They did our windows over a year ago and we are still waiting for them to fix a screen their man stalled too tightly so it bowed. We are facing taking them to court next. Do not use these people. And in response to their reply below there was no change in the contract we always wanted an outward opening door and they were the ones who vacillated making us go to the office and be sure that we could have one which we did. And that was all taken care of before the contract then it took forever to get the product from them. Again this place is a nightmare . Yes the job is Done. And so are we we will never use them again.

SCAM!!!!!!!! Beware of this guy!!!!

Goes by the name of Nick but his real name is Alen Blanco and has been arrested in many occasions. He took our money and disappeared!!!!!
People, never ever give money to someone before job is delivered unless it is a reputable company.

First, windows took much longer than the promised time. Upon installation, the installers did not have enough help carrying the doors upstairs and they damaged the walls inside the home going up the staircase. They also damaged another wall inside the home because the installer was too lazy to remove my window shades. They had to return several times because of various reasons. One window was incorrectly measured and I had to wait for them to manufacture a new one. On two occasions they did not have enough parts or the incorrect parts. It has been several months since my installation and there are still parts missing and the window trim does not fit or is loose on 2 windows. Jim the owner said they are too busy to come by and take care of it. DO NOT use this company as you will be sorry.

Never closed out the final permit and refused to return calls afterwards. Stay away from this company.

After the windows were installed, I called to explain I had a leak. The owner promised to call me back, I am still waiting!
