Haven Hotel Pompano Beach

Awful staff(management). Terrible place to stay.

Damage to the hotel rooms malfunctions with the water bed bugs found them on my child placing to be remodeled and cleaned

FRAUD! Discusting , bedbugs and mold everywhere . Poor customer service, very rude manager. Didn’t get full refund out of five days they refunded me 2 and I have never slept their. This was in January. 8months later I just noticed a fraud to my credit card a charge from Haven hotel of 662.20 and had to declare it also I called Expedia and they will block this hotel from their site as they are fraudulent and my bank just told me i am not the first of theirs

Rented 2 Rooms both Rooms and beds had bed bugs. Went to the service desk the next morning after finding them. They said they were gonna refund our rooms never got the refun. Kepted calling them after getting home to ask about the re fun. They hung up on us. Then would call back and they seen our number on caller id and ignored the call. Poor service.

I’ve stayed at some cheap hotels that were way better than this hotel. Beds were lumpy and had stains on the blankets and sheets. Horrible service from the people that run it. Stayed only one night. Woke up the next morning to bed bugs on the beds. Broke out in bug bites all over from them. Said they would refund us for one of the rooms but lied and Refused to return our calls. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
