Poor service, huge communication failures (they want sell and after they get it…. worse customer service ever). For basic insurance maybe they are ok (I don’t recommend), but as in my case I ran away from the standard they offered me something that was not possible. I paid for more than 3 months and I won’t be reimbursed for their error. I will be refunded only the months that I haven’t used (but the months that I had paid I wasn’t covered and if I tried a claim I would be denied). If you need insurance with many specifications and details, I recommend you looking for another company. I DONT RECOMMEND and I don’t do business again, even in the case of a basic insurance.
