Staff very responsive after speaking with manager.

I did the commercial insurance with Frank Jr with a good price and initially was very helpful but when I trying to renew my insurance they didn’t give me any assistance and just told me that I had to settle with metlife insurance. when I contacting metlife they asked me for the policy number and they’re couldn’t find that. There was no such policy number provided by Pettineo! So I ended up getting frustrated so it’s for other reasons like a simple change of address and they didn’t want to change it for me. I do not recommend this insurance agency to anyone.

Frank Pettineo and his team did a great job helping us find a home insurance policy that will work for us despite our roof condition. They were so flexible and accommodating when our closing date changed and getting that fixed for our policy. Highly recommend this team for your insurance needs!
