This is the worst insurance agency. Do not come here there are plenty other agencies and Imm sure even the worst of them will be better than this one.
I needed a liability insurance for a contract and someone that had the very same insurance with this company recommended them. I called on a Wednesday someone answered and took my information telling me an agent would call me back in approximately 30min, I never received a call, I called next day same thing happened, Comes Monday and no one has called me back so I call once more, I explained I needed to talk to an agent because no one returns my calls, I was on hold for about 30min bouncing from agent to agent saying they were going to transfer me to someone that could help until eventually they just hung up on me.
I called back next day once more and finally Karina Benvenuti took my case. Unfortunately working with Karina was an awful experience, I had to constantly be calling her and remind her about my case, she never bother to call me once even after telling me she would. After more than a week she finally gave me my policy, charged my credit card and the very next day she contacted me to ask me to sign a policy cancellation because their company didn’t want to take the risk of the insurance I needed. Fine ok signed cancelled please give me my money back. That was 2 months ago and still no refund. She told me she was going to keep working to get me a policy and she was gonna call me in a few days. She never did. Fast forward 1 month I received the notice I lost the contract because I did not presented the liability insurance so I contacted her to tell her that I didn’t needed an insurance policy anymore and her response was “Oh really oh I’m sorry but I just got you one I just did it I was just about to call you to tell you” so after one month she coincidentally happened to find the right policy just at the moment I call to ask her to stop looking. Sure. I told her well if you just found it then just don’t do it, “oh but I signed it yesterday so you just gonna have to stick with it” so first of all, what type of company signs a policy without telling me before hand, she didn’t even tell me information about the policy, not even how much it was, secondly she said that it couldn’t be cancelled because it was already signed, not by me, and that it was already paid for, again not with my money and if it was it was an unauthorized charged, anyway she just started giving me excuses not to let go of my money but she wasn’t prepared that I wasn’t stupid. At the end she cave and send me the cancellation paperwork. That was 3 weeks ago and still no money back from the first policy they cancelled. Karina stopped replying to my messages completely ignoring me so I called and spoke to Sandra who she said she was the manager. I explained the situation and she told me she knew about it already so she knew about it but she didn’t do anything to solve it until I had to call. Now it’s been another week since I spoke to her and it is the same deal, she says she will call me back with the information about my refund she never calls. Every time I call there’s an excuse. So basically they just STOLE MY MONEY plain and simple. And after all this, this people has the audacity of sending me a bill for a policy THEY cancelled the next day, so no refund for the first month and also they want to charge me for the next one.

I bought my car at Duca`s Auto Sale and got insurance at AVP. I was very well attended by employees from both places. At AVP I found the best price for my insurance, as well as dealing with honest and well-trained people who explained everything about insurance and took all my doubts.

I have always great experiences working with AVP insurance, Priscila works very fast always very nice to me and my clients, I recommend AVP insurance, in my opinion is the best insurance company to work.

I have been using AVP for 3-4 years. The staff are well trained and very well oriented to help the clients in the best possible way. It has always helped me with the best quotes for my cars, home and my business. If you need to insure your home, vehicle or company, call them. My will and to put 10 stars, pity that google only allows 5.

Horrible Customer Service. Paula & Priscilla. I have been “fighting” for months regarding a US$ 35.00 bank fee. Due their mistakes, on my insurance renewal, they added an old bank account and so with no funds. I was overseas in that time and so a lot of problems to handle. They are aware on their mistakes (messages that prove that) although with no dignity to refund the bank fee ! They even asked me to call my bank to reimburse the bank fee ! I am very upset since its more a principle than real money. Can you imagine a company that acknowledge their mistakes and are not eager to pay for that and so keep a customer upset for US$ 35 bucks ! I will notify the insurance company regarding them.
