Don’t feel like they care about their clients like some other agents I deal with. As an insurance adjuster myself I feel like they care more about the money and not enough about the clients. Been over charged on my insurance for the last half year because they fail to verify property location and have me in one of the highest marketed cities in SF.

This was failure to verify location when insurance was canceled on one vehicle and coverage was changed. This should be the agents responsibility to verify when any coverage is changed. Same with homeowners insurance it’s always good to verify the mortgage when the client calls, this prevents erroneous checks being issued to the client and wrong mortgage because the agents fail to update their systems.

Stephen may be nice when you first sign up, but you’ll never hear from him again once you do, including when you cancel. Dealing with his staff is not fun, they are snippy, unprofessional, and won’t return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. They don’t reward with you a perfect record as they state, they just keep jacking the bill up every six months regardless.

His agency provides excellent customer service and honest advice. Highly recommend this agency.

I wish I had a better review. At 56 years old and a customer of State Farm since 18 I am more than disappointed I felt the need to switch my insurance.
A 7 mile move from a better area of town gave me a SHOCKING 100.00 PER Month increase.
Thats unheard of yet it seemed nothing to reps on the phone. It is…what it is attitude.
My dedication ends this month to AllState of 25.00 month savings. Each year my deductable goes down 100.00 and I can have an accident forgiven with no increase.
Not that I have any accidents…but its nice to know.
I feel ripped off by my insurance company
