Had an appointment today; Showed up on site, all doors locked! According to hours of operation printed on the door the location was supposed to be open. Weird customer service.

They made me wait for half an hour in car line to ask me new documentation that have never asked before, they already have bad customer service over the phone, don’t know how else communicate with them terrible…

Horrible customer service. I waited for over 30 minutes patiently to be helped by a banker and they skipped me to help some rich guys who had just walked in.

There’s always 1 teller and 1 Financial Agent (or whatever is called). So if you only have 30 minutes to do a transaction, don’t even come in here. Poor management…
