Designs (Closed Temporarily)

If I could put zero I would. To the company:

I am messaging you today because I had a long and great conversation about my remodel of my home with Juliet. I have a serious problem with the fact that she has ignored my texts and calls and voicemails trying to find out what was going on with my project. I did not rush her or anything like that; I simply asked that she keep me in the loop. She has failed to do so despite my many attempts to contact her. I will be reviewing the company and unfortunately will not be able to give a good review. I am very disappointed in the disrespect she has shown me. I have wasted a lot of time waiting and being patient with Juliet just to get my quote. She even had the audacity to tell me that I would be able to have a “nice Thanksgiving” in my newly remodeled home. Needless to say, I am very upset.

I am a tile worker and I did in few months ago two bathroom tiling job… But they didn’t pay all… I am trying to talk with woman that I have the contact number but she never call me back

Donco Designs was EXCEPTIONAL when it came to my kitchen remodel. I did alot of research on materials and pretty much knew what I wanted. Donco team was able to help me put my vision together even better and they executed flawlessly. Juliette went ABOVE AND BEYOND in working with City of Sunrise on obtaining permits and the contractor teams were very easy to work with and maintained a level of professionalism that in South Florida is rare. I had no problem trusting them when I was away from home and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Each day I also received an update as to what was done and what was going to be done tomorrow. I LOVE IT and DONCO DESIGNS made it happen.
