If there was the choice to give 0 stars to this company, I would do it. The owner, Angela Soto-Downey, seems to be just a greedy person only there for the profit, and with little to no interest about the condition in which the glass will be delivered to the clients ( most time of the time will be either late or damaged.)
Her son, that works there too, screws up the hardware orders all the time.
Mrs Soto/Downey is the stereotypical cold and detached lawyer, who is in just for the money – hers- and that does not care about keeping a good relationship neither with her clients nor her employees.
But mostly, she definitely does not care about the well being of her employees .The female employees have to SHARE THE BATHROOM with random male contractors that come in and out; which is really inconsiderate; and by looking at how dirty and dusty she keeps her employee’s working areas, the showroom,-with those super dusty glass square samples- and those dirty bathrooms, she definitely shows how she doesn’t give a damn about anyone ‘s but her well being.
I will never go there again.
