Roman Castell LMT

I scheduled for a 120 minute massage since it is difficult for me to relax. The room was cozy & the treatment was very soothing. That’s about all I remember since I quickly drifted off which Is unusual for me. I like the cream that Roman used. I noticed my skin very soft & toned. Very professional therapist! Highly recommend! 😊

Where do I begin? Roman is hands down the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. I have had massages all over the country, but I have never experienced such a level of care and nurture. Roman has an innate ability to tap into ones energy, therefore, he is able to treat a client more effectively. He has healing hands and takes such care in ensuring that you feel safe and cared for. Roman goes above and beyond. His studio is impeccably clean and calming and his energy is pure peace. I am so grateful to Roman for all that he has done for me. Truly a master massage therapist and a beautiful human being.

Roman is an incredibly skilled massage therapist. He does an exceptional job and takes great care as he works through muscle pain, tension and flexibility issues. He is very knowledgeable, does great deep tissue work and offers smart advice for long term flexibility and Heath. He also works from a beautiful, relaxing studio. I would highly recommend Roman to anyone in need of an world class massage.

I have been getting massages from Roman for several months and would never go to anyone else. Roman has a special gift he offers an amazing massage combined with stretching and energy work. He is intuitive and listens to what the body needs and creates a massage based on those needs. Some Masseurs have a one massage fits all but not with Roman. I would not get a massage from any one but Roman. You will not be disappointed.
The massage room is as equally impressive. Amazing energy, great lighting, he goes above and beyond with fine details to make the setting calming and relaxing.

Just what I was hoping for when I scheduled .

What a nice experience!   Very different from other massages i have had, felt as if were in the ocean, whose waves were gently rolling over me, soothing my muscles, and leading to that zen experience (see photo below), that i would hope could be felt in every massage.

Also, at the end, we had a nice overview of my body‘s response, both on my end and his, which I found very helpful for future exercise programs.

Very nice guy, thoughtful, intelligent, with a wonderful touch.

Really enjoyed meeting him.  Plan to see him often in the future.

Recommend Roman very highly.
