Angel, Nadia and Andre came to Houston, Texas and serviced my home after I had burst pipes and collapsed ceilings after the February freeze. They were professional and did a great job. They worked 4 days: 2 days removing pictures from my wall and packing them in bubble wrap; then they removed all my damaged sheetrock from walls and ceilings; day 3 they loaded all debris into a roll off. They used their meter to check my walls to be sure they were dry. Then on day 4 they came and removed all the dehumidifier fans.
I would recommend this crew again.

I had a horrible flood from the apartment above me that caused water damage and a mold issue. Everyone from ServPro was amazing! Cindy on the phone was so friendly and patient. Mario explained everything and was always available to answer all my questions. Luis was the technician that performed the mold removal. He was very thorough and extremely clean. Hopefully, I will never need their services in the future, but if I do…I will definitely call upon them again!

Great Job! Mario the Operations Manager responded to my inquiry promptly and came to my location to conduct a survey. Two days later, Angel and Bruce the mold remediation technicians arrived. They were professional and knowledgeable. They explained the procedure and several hours later they were done. Mold was gone, furniture clean and bright. I highly recommend this company and these men.

Be careful not to be rushed into signing for services and equipment that you don’t need. Ask questions..Take time to read over your work order with your technician and ask what the equipment is supposed to do. You do not have to accept equipment that does not serve a purpose for your situation. If it doesn’t feel right to you, listen to that. You may have a chance to change what you signed for and not be charged for expensive equipment if you let them know quickly, even late at night, to come back to your home to remove the equipment and remove the charges from your bill. Every aspect of my experience with Servpro was positive. All employees were pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. Always on time. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend this company and will most certainly use them if the need arises.
