Jeff was great. He was very knowledgeable and super professional with all aspects of my project. 2 Thumbs up! Always answered my calls and if he didn’t have the answer, he found out and contacted me right back. He was honest with all aspects of the project and he even credited me back on an over payment of a permit. Definitely recommend Phoenix Development and will use Jeff for my future projects.

On the outside of our business, we needed some painting, patching, caulking, sealing, and other work to prepare the building as hurricane season is quickly approaching. On the inside of the business, we needed a new electrical panel box installed because we failed a city inspection. One call to Phoenix solved all of our problems. We passed the city inspection and are now ready for the next storm season. THANKS, PHOENIX!!!

Phoenix Development came out and did a wonderful job when we needed a general contractor for some remodeling and construction projects. Jeff and his crew were punctual, polite and cleaned up after themselves even better than I would have done. They pulled permits, properly did the work, and even came back and waited a long time for the inspector to get there and do the final inspection. Good Guys + Great Work = One happy Stephanie!!

Our company hired this contractor to do GC work, 3 moths of work has turned into 12 months, no know-how of local resources including but not limited to Engineering resources, Electrical Resources, failed city inspections and lack of general knowledge of GC duties; unable to complete project in a timely manner. Will not return calls, emails, text messages or messages thru third parties, this GC will totally disregard your project and have a personal agenda, be aware and stay away; will rather do firework work than actual contracting work. Do not hire, do not make a mistake you will regret as we have, 7 days attempting to contact to resolve invoicing to PAY and will not respond; do yourself a favor and look elsewhere….
