Beware of this office. I went there and got an eye exam. I then was shuttled to the eye glass salesperson. After going through the process of building a pair it came out to almost $700 after their discounts. I decided to order glasses online and this is when i discovered my PD measurement was missing from the script. I called and spoke to two different people at this office and got a very annoyed and dismissive response about getting my PD. They would not give me it. They gave poor and untrue excuses as to why they cant/wont give it to you that are untrue.. It is a very basic and easy obtained measurement but apparently they do not want to give it to you so that you cannot get glasses online. Very unprofessional and petty. I paid for the exam and I should be given a complete prescription to take and or use anyway I see fit without the dishonest run around and excuses they will give you. I cannot recommend any Dr office that operates this way. I will never go back there and will measure it on my own. Shady practice and they know it.

If you are looking for a THOROUGH eye exam, EXCELLENT customer service & best prices, look no further!!! My wife did all the research online & called various businesses to find a vision center that gave a complete eye exam & what she found was that the other places did not have thorough eye exams & were much more expensive than Pro Optix Vision Center. As soon as you walk into this spacious, CLEAN facility you are greeted by people that care & are there to serve you. From the receptionist to Dr. Pacheco to Michael who helped me choose my glasses, the entire staff was great!! My wife & I own & operate our own businesses & we know how important good customer service is. This is why I have taken the time to write this detailed review, because Pro Optix Vision Center has earned it!!! THANK YOU Dr. Pacheco & your entire staff!
