Very professionals! The moment I stepped in everything went very smooth, Nancy at the front desk was very welcoming, she arranged all documentation and solve some “issues” with the insurance making me feel very relieved about it. Dr George Fournier and his assistant were both very knowledgeable and profesionals, after visiting many ophthalmologist in the past 5 years, hearing Dr George diagnosed brought me big hope and I can’t wait to begin the treatment. I am very pleased with the treat received at the clinic.

I would NOT recommend anyone go here. Doctors and technicians didn’t even introduce themselves before just robotically giving instructions on what to do or where to read.The Old outdated equipment matches the outdated office decor.Doctors didn’t care about your time as I waited over 45 minutes in a room for someone to attend to me. The ophthalmic technician named Mr.Phillip is the most RUDE and unfriendly person you will ever meet. Except for Nancy i think her name was at the front desk the others all lack basic customer courtesies needed to run a business.

I’ve had to wear glasses and then contact lenses all my life, starting when I was 13. Now I am 76 so I consider myself well qualified to rate eye doctors, opthalmologist, etc…

And I am happy to be able to say that my current opthamologist, George Fournier, and his associates are top notch.

From the front desk to the entire staff, everything is handled very professionally. Under Covid the office carefully observes all precautions, limiting access to waiting room, taking patient’s temperature upon arrival, etc…

I was particularly impressed with Carla Tiche, the optometrist who conducted eye exams and specializes in contact lenses.

After a lengthy exam, she determined that I was a good candidate for the new multifocal lenses. I didn’t even know such things existed and now I am wearing them and seeeing better than ever.

Doctor Teich and her team are great! Super friendly service and my vision is back to perfect. They also don’t coerce you into buying contacts with them like other eye doctors, which I appreciated!

Dr. Teich is the best doctor that I have seen in a very long time. She was kind, took her time explaining things to me, and really cared about finding the right lenses and medication that worked for me. I wish that more doctors were this great. I’m so glad that I found her.
