Description of Complaint: Andy came out and his team sealed our roof; gave a contract with a 5 year warranty on workmanship and 15 years on
product. After they sealed our roof we developed new leaks in new areas that never had leaks before; when told Andy came out and patched the new areas with asphalt and not a roof sealant he said he was using; it did not work; caused more damage to our interior ceilings; denied any fault and leaking
continued; Andy has been putting us off and said he can’t fix anything and can’t guarantee if anything he does works; now not answering our calls or texts. He tried to sell us more services; but not honor his contract; wont even show up to help tarp or patch the areas that were caused by his services. This is all after he charged us 3,750.00 to seal our roof with a 5 year warranty on workmanship. We are now left with a damaged roof worse than when he
supposedly repaired areas and sealed our roof.

Inconvenience!! Really, we have been more than patient; you can’t even offer to come and tarp while we await your further repairs; we have contacted an attorney and BBB on this damage that was caused by your company.
