They did a very thorough treatment! They showed up on time and Alex was great.[Ft Lauderdale] . Kathy was also very polite! I have referred a few people to them.

Quite responsive (Cathy in particular) but uneven quality of the technicians. We called for an awful smell in the bathroom and the technician left saying that he couldn’t find anything i.e. no decomposing dead animal. Actually he didn’t climb into the attic so I do not see how he could have found anything… Not a bad company but some poorly qualified technicians.

Orange 🍊 Pest Control is the best. Have been a customer since 1998. Cathryn is a wonderful service agent. She ensures that my quarterly service is performed on schedule and with my preferred exterminator. My exterminator Ahmed is outstanding. He carefully listens to the issues in order to best treat all areas and apply even closer attention to problem target areas. It’s been a very wet and rainy season in south Florida so need to be a bit more patient than the norm in allowing more time for insect treatment to finally kick in until you see no more. Products are organic and I having been a cancer patient out of remission cannot recommend any other pest control than Orange Pest Control. There are no heavy fumes or smells. I’m a highly hypo-allergic individual especially since having had my cancer and I’ve never reacted to Orange Pest Control treatments. It’s a seriously professional company that know exactly what they’re doing- they’re top notch and I highly recommend their services. Their entire staff from point A to point Z are courteous, highly professional and cater to your specific needs and requirements. They offer a wide range of services at affordable prices.

Rafael was wonderful. Very thorough and informative. I am hoping that this treatment will be as effective as the more toxic treatments for termites. If it works, it is far better then getting the whole house tented . The dogs and I stayed in the house while Rafael treated everything. Thank you all!
