Great experience we received our first pet from here, a lovely fish !! The Staff was very friendly and informative. The employee not sure her name but she was very knowledgeable about the fishes!! I appreciate that a ton!!

This Petco is AMAZING! It has everything you need. I took my little man, Red, to the Vetco to get his ears cleaned. (he wound up having an infection that needed to be treated!) Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, understanding and just genuinely wanted to help. The tech was so wonderful. She made Red super comfy and REALLY helped me out when it came to a misunderstanding that took place when I made the appointment, getting paperwork from his previous vet and she kept me well informed on everything that was going on with Red when I could not see him. All of these things were so immensely appreciated, it meant a lot to me. The doctor was absolutely phenomenal! She’s a blessing with an extensive background in dermatology. My boy is always getting into something, skin breakouts, swollen lips and gums, sneezing and now this ear infection. I have taken him to the vet many times and they will tell me he is stressed or give him steroids, say it will clear up and send him on his way. This was the first doctor who actually addressed the root of the issue and she was able to identify it right away that Red has allergies, most likely food allergies. She put him on a prescription diet and we are hoping for the best! She was just able to see so many things other doctors looked over. Also, the manager, Cooper, was a great help as well! So sweet and very hands on. I appreciated all of them a great deal for making me and Red so comfortable and Red has found his new vet!!!! Thank you!!

Devon is so incredibly nice & knowledgeable! He is the #1 reason I go to this store.
I found a baby red-eared slider turtle almost dead on the road. After taking it home, I tried to do the best I could for it, but it was Devon at Petco
who was the best help. Having once bred turtles, he advised me on everything I’d need “Snaps”😊.
Devon gets a Gold Medal from me!
He’s polite, smart, & really cares about
helping customers in a non-assuming manner.
Devon, you are a great rep. for Petco. Keep up the great work, & you’ll go far👍🏼.
