Shampoodles Pet Grooming

Took my puppy here on 2142021. The front desk rep was very friendly, however the groomer Lucy did not do such a good job. My puppy nails are uneven, his hair was cut uneven. And because my puppy bites when he’s afraid or have anxiety I don’t think she was too nice to my dog. Lastly, I didn’t even get the groomer I requested. Won’t be returning.

I love their service but is way overpriced.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. The owner is completely dishonest. After agreeing on a price over a text (so it was in writing) and over the phone (which was much higher than other places) I drove for over 40 minutes to this location in coconut creek. When I got there the owner was rude and obnoxious especially when I was a new customer. He suddenly told me that my Goldendoodle is very large and above normal size so he needs to charge me $15 more than the $80 agreed upon. My doodle is 34 lbs and considered on the small/medium size if you are familiar with that breed so it was obvious that the guy is a running a scam and not being an honest groomer. There are so many great groomers out there so stay away from this guy. By the way many of the 5 star reviews appear to not be real.

Love the job they did on my Yorkie Blaki , definitely recommend! They no what type of hair cut suits your dog and the treat your pet as if it was there own pet

I can’t say enough good about everyone here! They did amazing job shaving and bathing my 2 cats. They are gentle with the animals and I’m so happy to find someone that does cats. There was a mixup with my pet carrier and they brought mine to my home. Who does that? Excellent customer service and really nice people!! 💖
