The manager is friendly at first, however the store is always lacking the product I come in for. They are consistently out of Piper Wai, which the last time I purchased it, the seal was gone.
The manager was snarky due to being told that I would have to go somewhere else for what I needed. (And also talking smack about a rival store, which carries different products. Not professional.)
I realize he is by himself the majority of the time, but you need to be able to keep a steady supply of product for your customers or they will go somewhere else. Whoever does the ordering, either that store or the computer, let’s fix this!

Have been coming to this GNC for a couple of months now and I just had to take the time to come on here and congratulate them on their customer service! This is what retail shopping should be like everywhere. You walk in and are greeted with a smile. The manager (Brandon) there is extremely knowledgeable in the products he stocks and will take the time to answer any and all questions you may have. So friendly and personable. I highly recommend!!

Would have been five stars but the man helping me let a young man in without a mask. I believe everyone should wear a mask in a store.

Brandon was very Knowledgeable of all the products and made shopping there a breeze. GNC definitely needs to give him an promotion.
