The Harmons Photography

Where do I even begin? Choosing the Harmons was the best wedding decision we made (other than getting married of course). If you haven’t already, go check out their website to see their art! From our first meeting, we fell in love with them. They are creative, genuine, kind, helpful, and a ton of fun. Our casual first meeting turned into a full night of talking as if we were old friends. When it came to our engagement pictures, we were super nervous – we’re not the photogenic type. Matt and Michele made us so comfortable. They guided us through every picture. We shared a lot of laughs, and they were just as pumped as we were when I suggested we shotgun a couple beers for a picture! Within the year between the engagement pictures and wedding, we stayed in touch. They were always there to answer questions and make suggestions. It always felt like we were life long friends. Well, last weekend we got married (finally), and the Harmons made our day absolutely perfect. They made the environment calming and exciting at the same time. I mean, Michele’s smile just lights up the room! They were extremely patient with us 9 girls and even the group of groomsmen who couldn’t figure out how to put the boutonnières on… Our first look was perfect. Because of the Harmons, we were both so calm and filled with happiness, rather than nerves. Throughout the wedding, they were right there, snapping away at all the important moments along with the small moments we forget about. My dad is handicap, and they accommodated family pictures to make it easy for him. The NEXT DAY we even got a few sneak peaks from the day and THEY ARE AMAZING. We can’t wait until we get the rest. I could go on and on. We love them and we are so, so grateful to have had them as our photographers, and now as our friends. CHOOSE THEM.

My husband and I LOVED working with Matt and Michelle for our wedding! Even my guests were raving about them! We had so much fun! Can’t say enough good things about them and I haven’t even gotten the final pictures back, haha. I adore this team!

Matt & Michele took care of everything with such ease and calm; And thank goodness because on a day with endless questions & emotions – you need to be able to look to someone for that type of reassurance & dedication. Their guidance on backdrops, timing, wardrobe, all of it – was so greatly appreciated. They lessened any stress, or worry that came up – some people just have that kind of energy, you know? And, when it came to seeing all of our pictures – oh. my. god. Just so gorgeous. The moments they captured are moments I’ll look back on forever. And, not to mention the lighting, but the lighting! Amazing! I can’t wait to start getting all my prints framed & hung!

The Harmon team was unbelievable. They traveled with us to our destination wedding in Playa del Carmen. We both felt really comfortable with Matt and Michele. They were so organized and had the best spots picked out around the resort. They were incredible the day of our wedding. They knew our friends and family by name. They literally got all of the photos we could have hoped for and more. I’ve looked at our online album so many times and it takes me back to our special day. I can’t wait to order some prints for our home. They perfectly documented the best day of our lives!
