Dr. Daltilio is an awesome podiatrist. She healed my foot ulcer when other Doctors couldn’t. She is very professional and I highly recommend her.

Horrible experience this Dr. Saw my father in the hospital Broward North. My father is 80 years old has a bone infection on his toe and is seriously in need of a good Dr. He had a previous surgery which caused this infection with another Dr. Ended up in the Hospital and met Dr. Daltilio we asked her to order another MRI to see what’s going on this was back around sep. 11th till this day no one has gone through the results with me or my father. I’ve made numerous attempts to make an appointment for my father and I received a call that it needed to be canceled I spoke to the lady and told her my father has had a pick line for almost a month with 2 nurses coming everyday to my house for his infection please cancel another patient that is not in a sever situation like my fathers she said she would call me back. NEVER DID AND CANCELED it with out my consent and I called back schedule the app again and was booked for today at 1:30 my poor father at 80 years of age drove from Miami all the way to see this Dr. Only to find out his APPOINTMENT was non existent. Vanished never scheduled “apparently” I called super upset about the entire ordeal and one of the ladies said hold on I just read per Dr.s order Quote “DO NOT BOOK PATIENT FOR APPOINTMENT” WHAT THE HECK!
NO ONE EVER CALLED TO CONFIRM OR MENTION ANYTHING TO ME IN REGARDS TO HIS APPOINTMENT. I don’t understand why would a Dr. DENY TO SEE A PATIENT WHO WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A BONE INFECTION AT THE AGE OF 80. DUE TO ANOTHER DR.S ERROR AND NEEDS TO BE SEEN AND DENIES HIM. IT MIND BOGGLES ME. IT SUPER UPSETTING AND JUST PLAIN OUT WRONG THEN THEY DISPUTE WITH ME THAT DR. WENT THROUGH MRI RESULTS WITH MY FATHER WHICH IT NEVER HAPPENED. I NEED ANSWERS AND QUICKLY. THIS WILL NOT STAY LIKE THIS. I PROMISE YOU THAT.

Dr. D’Altilio always greets you with a smile and takes her time with you. She explains what she is doing every step of the way and ensures that you understand what is going on and encourages you to ask questions. Dr. D’Altilio has a wonderful bedside manner, ensures whether you have anything from toenail fungus, athlete’s foot, an ingrown toe nail, in need of diabetic foot care, routine nail care, bunions, a wound, broken bone, or in need of orthotics to insoles to ensuring the right fit for a shoe or boot. She ensures that you are comfortable and not in pain. She makes sure that you heal properly and not only takes care of pediactric patients but takes care of teenagers, young adults, adults, and geriatric patients. Dr. D’ Altilio will make sure if you have pain that she gets to the bottom of it as quick and painlessly as possible. She is gentle, caring, kind, compassionate and has taken care of my family. She ensures that everything is healing properly and to order any necessary tests or prescriptions in a prompt manner. She makes you feel like part of the family from the moment you step into her office. Dr. D’Altilio listens to her patients, pays close attention to detail and ensures that your patient information is up to date. She makes sure you have the information you need to go home with before you leave the office, you can call and ask questions and they will get back to you promptly as well as ensure not only that you have an appointment but that you are reminded of your next visit. Dr. D’Altilio’s office manager Logyn answers questions over the phone and in person as her office door is always open, Logyn makes sure your insurance is covering your appointment and any other details that you could possibly think of. Her staff ensures that you have home health care set up or have the necessary supplies needed to take care of your feet. Dr. D’Altiltio makes sure you understand what options you have and will go the extra mile to ensure not only your feet but your overall health is good too. Dr. A’tilio is organized, will make you feel at ease during a procedure, plays music to help you relax, and even throw in a joke or two. She is very family oriented. A doctor that truly cares about her patients and well being. It does not matter whether you are in a wheelchair, using crutches, a walker, or scooter. Everyone is welcome and happy to be in her office. The staff greets returning patients by name and will celebrate milestones with you, or tell you where you can get over the counter products for less or what stores or suppliers are covered by your insurance. They will ensure that you walk out of there with a smile on your face. I would recommend anyone to go see Dr. D’Altilio for any foot care needs that come your way.

I have been a patient here for more than a year now. When I came to them I not only had medical needs, but was new to navigating the insurance paperwork. I had not been to a doctor in decades and had no idea how to navigate through the paperwork. The office manager, Logyn, was so very kind to help me. She was so very patient. Dr. D’altilio is amazing. She treats you as a person, not a number. She makes sure before your visit is finished you understand her instructions. I needed other care in areas she could not provide. Not only was she great in helping me, but also amazing in coordinating the team of other doctors I had to see. I have never felt more comfortable in my life.
