Tax Solution

Poor customer service to say the least. The receptionist answered the phone “hello? hello? who is this?” without even stating the name of the business or even giving a simple greeting. That alone made me feel like perhaps I had dialed the wrong number or something. I myself had to ask whether or not this was a tax company and then the receptionist abruptly hands the phone over to someone else, presumably the account on duty or the business owner.

I called in order to explain my personal tax situation, and to determine whether or not I needed to come in for them to look over my current and prior returns based on my circumstances. The lady hardly let me get a word in, as soon as i uttered anything her response: “just file it, just file it, im busy, ok?”. Unbelievable.

My taxes can be very complex because of the nature of the work I do and my current lifestyle situation. Because of that I always pay my account pretty handsomely to get it done properly, but he is currently away so i decided to call around. Pretty big potential missed opportunity for this place. Highly do not recommend.
