They sell promo items at good prices but be careful to make sure that they are not overcharging you and always triple check the proof they send you – even if you have given explicit instructions they may not follow them. I was overcharged $270 by them and had to go through a painful process to get a refund because they didn’t have good records kept of everything so it took extra time on my end to track down all emails and order confirmations.

My credit card was used fraudulently on this site.

I paid this company for a custom designed product and approved a design proof in silver and gold colors. I was sent a neon yellow/green product. When I pointed out the error to the customer service rep it took over a week to get a response and I was told they would not remake it or give me a refund even though their website states they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every design.
